Olicaps Omega 3-6-9 contains alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), linoleic (LA) and oleic acid derived from linseed oil.
Alpha-linolenic (ALA) and linoleic (LA) acids help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
The beneficial effect is on a daily intake of 2 g ALA and 10 g LA.

Ingredients
The daily dose (2 capsules) contains: cold pressed linseed oil - 1,000 mg, including: alpha-linolenic acid: 428 mg (FFA), linoleic acid: 66 mg (FFA), oleic acid: 66 mg (FFA).
Ingredients: cold pressed linseed oil, fish gelatin, glycerol (humectant).
Suggested use
Take 2 capsules once a day during a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance during the day. The product can not be used by pregnant women, nursing mothers and children without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
