White Tiger Balm

The original composition was developed in the 1870s by the famous Chinese herbalist O Chu Kin. Named after a tiger, the balm first contained tiger bones; this ingredient has been used in Chinese medicine for more than 1500 years to treat pain, inflammation and to strengthen muscles. Now cream “Tiger balm” consists solely of herbal ingredients.

The action is based on the components that contains the “Tiger Balm”:

Camphor - a local anesthetic and antimicrobial agent, promotes sputum discharge. Under the influence of camphor, the respiratory function of the lungs is improved.

Menthol, when rubbed into the skin, causes a feeling of cold, light tingling, has a slight local anesthetic effect, and also has antiseptic properties.

Peppermint essential oil has a bactericidal, antiviral, antifungal effect. It is a febrifuge. Promotes the restoration of voice in case of laryngitis.
