- Body care:After the bath or an exfoliation, heat the Nigella oil in the hollow of your hands and massage your body from bottom to top. Two to three times a week.
- Hair care: Distribute the Nigella oil along the length and leave to pose approximately 20 minutes before the shampoo. Wash and rinse. Once a week.
- Internally: For the adult, 2 teaspoons of Nigella oil per day. For the children, half a teaspoon per day.
Good economic and efficient practice: After showering, spread a small amount of organic nigella oil on the scalp and do not wash.
Certain types of hair will fit very well with a little oil, without having a greasy appearance.
