Combination with oils

Pine essential oil blends well with lavender, lymette, lemon, peppermint, neroli, clove, cedarwood, cypress, cinnamon, naioli, rosemary, thyme, tea tree, eucalyptus oils. Complimentary oils: rosewood, myrtle, citrus.

How to use

► Enrichment of cosmetics: 4-8 drops of pine oil or one of the above mentioned oil blends per 15 g or 15 ml of base (vegetable oil, cream, tonic, lotion, shampoo).
►  Massage:  6-7 drops of essential oil or one of the above mentioned oil blends mix with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, almond oil, peach oil, grape seed oil, etc.) or cream of your choice.
►  Baths:  In a filled bath (37-38 ° C) add 6-7 drops of essential oil or one of the above compositions of oils, previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). Duration of the procedure - 10-20 min.
► Bath and sauna: Effective pine essential oils in the bath. To aromatise the air in the bath and sauna by applying 4-7 drops of oil to the heated stones, dilute in 500 ml of water.
► Aromatisation of the room: 4-6 drops of pine essential oil or one of the blends of essential oils add to an oil burner filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room. In the absence of an oil burner, you can put the oil on a napkin or add it to a cup of hot water and place it on the radiator. You can add oil to a humidifier. Duration of the procedure - 15-30 min.

Caution: for external use only. Test individually, do not overdose. In case of contact of oil with eyes, flush with copious amounts of water. Use with caution in the first 4 months of pregnancy. You should refrain from using the oil in acute inflammation of the kidneys.
