Usage:
the product is ready for consumption after preparation. 2 teaspoons of product pour a glass of juice or water, let stand for about 20 minutes, then drink. When consuming the product, drink plenty of water - at least 2 liters of fluid per day. It should be taken twice a day: in the morning and evening before meals.
Warning:
do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, in contractions or intestinal obstruction, abdominal pain of unknown cause, nausea, vomiting. Not for infants and young children.
Ingredients:
skimmed flax (Linum flavum L.) (30%), sweetener - erythritol, plantain (Psyllium husk) (10%), apple fiber (10%), plantain (Plantago psyllium) (10%), inulin (10%), acidity regulator - citric acid, natural pineapple aroma.

energy value 798 kJ / 194 kcal, fat 4.4 g, including: 0.5 g saturated fatty acids, 33 g carbohydrates, including: 2.1 g sugars, 41 g fiber, 12 g protein, 0 g salt.
Information for allergy sufferers: produced in a plant where nuts, peanuts, sesame and products containing sulfur dioxide, gluten, eggs, milk and celery are packaged.
