Directions for use
Scrub:
Mix a teaspoon of the Dead sea salt with a tablespoon of oil of Alep and massage the body except the face and hands. (For the face and hands, use the exfoliating salt from the Dead Sea).
Rinse with water and dry.
Bath:
In a warm water (38 °), add a handful of salt from the Dead Wed Plunge into your bath for an action skin care, or simply a moment of relaxation!

Nasal wash is a basic daily hygiene very useful especially in winter when colds are rampant gesture.
Mix a teaspoon of salt from the Dead Sea in a half glass of water.
The following may seem a little difficult, but it is the best technique for a thorough washing of the nasal cavity:
Put a little salt water in the palm of your hand, dip your nostrils and sniff it.
To expel salt water, blow your nose. Renew the operation twice more.
