Milk thistle is obtained by mechanical pressing of the seeds of thistle Silybum marianum. Milk thistle is an annual or biennial plant mainly cultivated in Central and Eastern Europe, South America and West Asia.

Storage:
Store the oil in a cool, dark place at 5-20°C. After opening, the bottle should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 3 months at the latest.
